Meet the Creative - Sam Parish

Sam is one of those instantly likeable people. Infectious enthusiasm, funny and a good dose of energy - her cookbook Cook Me is a reflection of this. Not to mention, the colour palette is spot on. Hailing from Australia but settled in Christchurch, we are very lucky to have Sam involved in the culinary scene here.

Her book offers 30 dishes cooked 3 ways giving you 90 uncomplicated recipes with maximum of flavour and minimum of fuss. With the sections divided into Slap it Together, Go To and Long Game - there is something for every style cook.
